Hello When started using my V12 it showed all the particles on the display. Now I only see the first number increasing. Why? Impossible there are not other size particles... Especially on rugs. Please let me know. I hope it's not already broken at the 3rd day of use :(. Thanks

Pretty shady ad… especially since me and 2 other people around me have the V12 detect slim absolute and first feature in this video is unavailable.
And support was of no help

It doesn't matter what it's vacuuming it matters that it's vaccuuming, there is no way to verify the composition of what's in the waste bin but the act of being able to observe what's in the waste in the bin is convincing enough for most users.

I own this vac. I still have NO IDEA what the symbols mean. How about you put some words in the video that explain it? There was nothing in the manual either!

Does turning the particle count off increase battery life?

For me, this was totally worthless. How do you give an explanation without words or speech? Totally, totally worthless. I realize that speakers across the world will be speaking different languages. If the explanation is given in English, some people may not be able to understand. However, this way, no one understands.

I cant see auto mod on my screen of my v12, there are only eco, medium and boost, how can i set to auto mod?

My screen never shows the remaining time is 60 minutes after completely charged ,, it shows less than 30 minutes and I just bought it 2 days ago
