After almost three decades of arguably the golden age for music, in living memory at least (60s, 70s and some 80s) I view talent shows like these as rather, erm underwhelming. Where has the real talent gone, you know; songwriters, lyricists and musicians....?
I'm not interested hearing a nobody mimicking / destroying the work of somebody else, especially in the name of entertainment - GARBAGE!
