ОтветитьI could relate here. While hitting bench press incline and flat, this is my face reaction where after 12 reps my left arm gets so badly stuck at one particular position that I feels weak and hence I prefer focusing more towards my left in every shoulder, chest, biceps routine.

Very relatable, I have a disability that causes my right arm to not pack any muscle, my bicep is basically not growing at all because of atrophy. So I have to use constantly different weights for each arm
