This is great!
ОтветитьI never knew the principle, but now my mind feels more open. “The closer your practice is to your desired outcome, the better”. Thank you!
ОтветитьGooooood one thanks!
ОтветитьI love this channel ❤
Ответитьanything for a ganglion cyst? my doc just told me to piss off effectively
ОтветитьI had surgery on my wrist a few years back and neglected the recovery because it was during the pandemic. Flexibility gone. Been doing exactly these kinds of exercises already, but it’s good to know for sure this is the recommended way.
ОтветитьI'm wondering if there is anyone here who lives with 1 or 2 REVERSE SHOULDER operation/s and has managed to be able to do push-ups etc.
ОтветитьAm I doing the wrist roll warmup or making popcorn? You'd never know by the sound 😅
ОтветитьWhat about thumb mobility? 🤔
ОтветитьNow THIS is what I need for handstand practice. FINALLY I found something that sounds like it could work. Thank you!
ОтветитьWhy do all these guys always look like they could fit a hand inside their assholes?
ОтветитьTime to draw wallpaper as a traditional artist
ОтветитьFurther than 90 degrees and I can do these things. I also get as much range of motion as I can when doing wrist curls.
ОтветитьTrying to order the program directly from the link in this short but it says "You Tube can't open this link". 😢
ОтветитьI have problems with my hands and fingers. This video is very helpful. Do you have any exercises specifically for your fingers? I love your content! ❤
ОтветитьI have hyper mobility in my joints which means that my wrists are extremely flexible but also sensitive, any type of high impact or pressure will make it hurt for multiple DAYS.
ОтветитьNo no no you misunderstand me here lol. The first test of how many degrees I can push my wrists to? Easy. 90 degrees is nowhere near an issue. I'm just massively disabled and flexibility is my only physical asset so those hand stand things you did? I absolutely cannot even go near those lol
Ответитьi play beat saber, my wrists probably work
ОтветитьI've been trying to stretch my wrists for about 10 months now doing these exact exercises, I just can't not get the flexibility to stay, it eases up but always goes back to square one not like my hamstrings for the splits, it's progressing. But my wrists just don't want too
Ответить❤👍
ОтветитьAre my wrist bones supposed to feel like they are going to explode while doing the stretch.
ОтветитьThis popped up in my feed again, a year later. Opening shot, zooming into your hand on the floor. Insta- triggered. MY wrists ache just looking. Ganglion cysts are still there, as they have been since I was 13ish.
Ответитьgood to know that the wrists are the only joint where I am more flexible than you, didn’t expect even one to exist! 😂
ОтветитьDo you know how to handle carpal tunnel?
ОтветитьNot me here to help my quads 😂
Ответить💙💪🏽👌🏽
ОтветитьYou got me, i injured both wrists and now I feel pain even when I just place my palms on the, can't do push-ups... so i need both , strength, mobility, stability...
ОтветитьThis came back across my timeline again. Ive been doing exactly this stretch before each of my workouts for about 7 months and i can now do pushups and handstands pain free, even cold now. This helped me SO much. Thank you
ОтветитьI have been looking for this video for a very long time. I had lost my mobility in my right arm and now the muscles are very tight and can't even get the bend to 90 degrees.
ОтветитьWhat about elbows
Ответитьis this a strength training
ОтветитьHow to I get my fingers to bend bed like that? My fingers don’t back back to do those palm pulses
ОтветитьSome of these stretches I used to cure my elbow pain ❤
ОтветитьThis might finally help resolve my "creaky/achy" left wrist I have from tennis
ОтветитьKung Fu is great for that. Iron Palm tet dow ger lineament.
ОтветитьI'm jealous AF but that's good because thanks to you I'm gonna push myself to hopefully get at least 30% of your STAY FLEXY-bility ! 🤟
ОтветитьI have very flexible wrists apparently so now I can think of myself as flexy and still not exercise 😎😎😛
ОтветитьWhats the name of the last move at the intro when you're holding yourself off the ground?
Ответитьi really needed this
ОтветитьToo bad I cant stretch this without pain due to a congenital venous malformation in my left wrist. Really frustrating...
ОтветитьThis is the one i needed. Thanks
ОтветитьI get constant popping any advice? No pain. But if I do it for a long time my hands get numb.
ОтветитьDo the elbows need to touch like in your video? I'm a female and my anatomy doesn't allow my elbows to touch. 😅
ОтветитьDawid ty na 100% według mnie masz Hipermobilność.
ОтветитьThis flexible guy beat all my calisthenics career 😡😭😭💀
ОтветитьHELP WHY DO MY WRISTS POP EVERY TIME I MOVE MY WRISTS WHEN I DO THE ROTATION EXERCISE??
ОтветитьI do these against the wall too.
ОтветитьI needed this. I broke my forearm 6 months ago and i need to work on the flexibility again
ОтветитьThis is exactly what i needed. I can't really do pushups cus they hurt the hell out of my wrists but i needed to do pushups to increase my tendon strength
ОтветитьHow about for wrist pain on the underside towards the carpel tunnel// the palm of hand
Ответить
