My name is Daniel and I have been trying for a newspaper way too start a point with you provider's at the hospital and I love you guys for all you do I am one of your family members interested in my story .I am a homeless person who loves to visit and go to the sporting events... my heart went bad on me with just a little visit and I wasn't able to leave because of recovering in the new surroundings of saltlake I have to start my life over 🙃. My last hometown was in California and the stay was another accident attack in angel stadium 🏟

I just realized that I am going on 3mounths since my heart surgery and I have a question

You are listening and you are the surgical team and you are going to be making a great progress and I hope you have an answer to give me with the opportunity at my next appointment still to return to the goodness of the appointment with the doctor awaiting the final approval to make discovery of a health care plan

My days are numbered from the time of leaving the nursing home to catch on to my relationship with the who I am with today

How or were is my favorite part in this world for the new heart man
