Im writing a story based on this stuff and for this part ( the correction you made about angel being robots.) I came to the conclusion that why angels aren't forgiven like humans is because angels know fully well the implications of their actions and do them anyway (If it's a sin.) It's not that you are blinded by desire or the short term like humans are. Angels know fully well the logical conclusion of the right or wrong act that they do. Hence its not about " Okay dawg, you did a bad thing. But you didn't know it would have hurt you :( so you're forgiven my cookie wookie." It's like...

" So, you KNOW its weird to have sex with some human girl. KNEW it would have made giant hybrids and...you did it anyways? Yeah...lmao Im kicking you out."

The same way the 3rd dimension is infinite second dimensional planes stacked, the 4th would be infinite 3rd dimension planes stacked. Impossible for us to picture or have a real understanding but the simplest way is a new direction would be available.
