I cried a lot after watching this video. I really miss my grandmother, she was a great cook and in my childhood I used to watch her cook food. She is dead now, this song sadly reminds me of her.😢😢

ОтветитьI'm Malaysian living in Australia, made adobo once and ate it twice, 2nd time was at a restaurant. To me, traditional adobo must not have onions and the proper way to cook adobo is browning the marinated choice of protein in oil, throw in the reserved marinade and cook it until the sauce is syrupy.
