David Nayer training clip. This is a favorite snake exercise that runs all the releases out of one hand in a higher count numbers pattern. This is 70707xx where the xx is 0's replaced by a clap to ensure the 7's are fast enough. At the start of this pattern before the claps, some of the spacing is higher than 7 at least 8 or 8.5 timing. The clap makes the catches awkward and actually slows the turn around in the working hand because my hand needs to decelerate and get back in position. The tall 43-inch platform set-up supports 9-ball height patterns. A primary motivation for this exercise is developing the throw accuracy needed from this height combined with the pattern speed needed for a 9-ball pattern. 171019 4706 50 sec x 70707xx 2

Wow. The clap makes it interesting. And the pants make it work.
