The Creepy/Strange YouTube Video Iceberg: A Deeper Look

I watched the whole thing hoping to find a particular video on this iceberg, but since it's not I may as well list it: my personal favourite is "Today is the Day" posted by Charlatantric. It's not the most obscure video ever since it got recommended to EVERYONE three years ago or so and I'm pretty sure it's an art project but it's a fascinating watch.

Seraph is the singular, Seraphim is the plural.

It's kind of a shame that David Lynch's short films don't get recognised on these icebergs but, knowing the internet there's probably a David Lynch iceberg anyway.

One creepy/strange video that wasn't on the iceberg that I remember watching as a kid was a video called HORSE, in which a person wearing a rubber horse mask goes around killing people. I was too young realize they were killing people and thought the mask was quite funny. I also remember watching Cyriak as a kid.
Great video by the way. I like how you provide lots of information on each topic, and your personal stories and thoughts keep things interesting.

The creature in the sewer video was a hoax video uploaded as part of a campaign by that utility company to discourage people from flushing things that dont belong in the toilet. They explain it in the video's description.

Oh, the whole WorldCorp thing was just a bunch of kids advertising their Soundcloud. The audio of a kid crying wasn't from some Dark Web CP video, it was just the two kids bullying their cousin.

Also, for the Disneyland ghost video, security cameras at that time would all record on a single VHS tape to save on memory, so the reason the ghost is consistent between shots is because they're all burning over the same vhs tape of the same man walking. As for the whole "a figure needs to stand there for a long time for the image to burn like that" argument, I think you're getting confused with video screens, where an image can get burned into it if left alone for long enough, hence why we have screensavers. The reason it's just one man is because it was a recording after hours of a maintenance worker walking through the park alone.
