I love the emphasis on "supreme executive power"... It is very didactic and then opens a wave of ironies and sarcasm... so funny

You know it just accrued to me, in previous interviews it was said this movie had a very low budget, so thats why no horses, not a British comedic effect, but it’s still funny, I mean they could have walked, but that would be right either. British humor, one could right a book. 🤔
