Girl you did great job as one of the brown people from india. I understand how painful it is when people just make fun of your culture and country then go use the culture for their advantage. For example " karma " they use the word for being cool and aesthetic without even knowing the deep method and how religional valueable this word is. That's why i only support bts and call myself btspoper. kpop idols are bunch of racist we never know who's real I'm so sick of these and when they are being exposed they beg their clowns stans for backup. Please keep coming more videos on such topics. those brainless teen kpop stans need to be educated. Great work 👍🏻

Honestly, lisa was always my bias, but even that fan call rubbed me the wrong way. This was a paid fan call, and I feel like she really didn't have a choice but to listen, and yeah, she extended it to learn more, but what happened after? Was there any apology? Was there any acknowledgment outside of the fan posting their interaction? NO, so miss me with that growth. Back then, I was one of those delulu fans who kept excusing them and kept telling myself that it was YG's fault they prob blocked her from saying anything and now all of them are solo, and we still get crickets from them. I feel like they are even laughing at us because they are not only careless but, at this point they are giving maliciousness with the Met Gala. I am done being a blink. This was the last drop for me as a black kpop fan of this group. I have been in K-pop for over a decade, and it is getting harder out here, you guys. Also, thanks for mentioning the fact that even other black fans are supportive of this behaviour because these are the ones they will bring out to silence the ones that are speaking out.

I don't want to justify anything but I not American and I barely found that say the world with n was offensive 4 years ago. Not eveyone is conscience about that things. Is like when I see people attacking the brazilian woman who was nominated for best actress for doing blackface when others countries don't have the same knowledgement about what is offensive or not

You guys always say nonsense. Lisa didn’t steal anything but let’s say shit just fit our narrative. The choreography was given by her choreographer and Lisa didn’t even know about that black dancer. For the Rockstar she has tanned while being in Thailand and added to the photograph style. Lisa is not the director of the mv. She can’t know everything so yeah her director should have given the credit to that black director. How the heck this is being racist? The worse part is the author of this video who keeps liking comments with no proof. If you think that she’s racist because of those things then you don’t know what racism is.

I would consider agreeing with all of the racist stuff if people weren't so narrow-minded and hypocritical in this matter at least (I mean the difference in treatment when it comes to different cultures being targeted). Being blatantly and intentionally mocked for your culture is one thing, being offended by everything that can potentially hurt your feelings and demanding apologies for it is another. The case of the n-word is quite peculiar to me. I don't see how you can reclaim a word used to degrade your people decades ago and make it ok to say but only by your own culture?? I'm sorry, maybe it's just my mentality, but I think it is a little self-degrading. And if the current generation of black people uses it freely I don't see how young asians or white people saying it with no ill intentions and no historical ties to slavery or discrimination is a crime. You can always try to state your concerns and explain why specific actions or words may be hurtful, but hating (under the pretense of opinion. "disgusting" is not an opinion as far as I know, even if just in the title. If I called someone that they would consider it an insult and rightfully so) is not helping your cause or sparking any guilt or awareness in the people that you are hating. I would argue that keeping the word was not a very good decision, but that's just my opinion. In my culture words associated with historical discrimination are considered insults no matter who says them, and I believe this way it's easier for others to be aware and it lets us progress without as many gripes towards others. We also don't use these words in songs unless it's a very aggressive and rude song meant to be that way, but someone singing it without targeting anyone specific is not in any way harmful, because nobody is calling anyone names. Literally there is no recipient!

For the record, I am not a fan of either of there groups and I don't really get attached to singers, but these kinds of rants always attract me, because I am interested in comparing people's opinions on some matters. I just wish people would seek ways to actually healthily communicate their point to others rather than succumbing to emotions, demanding apologies and achieving nothing genuine or actual change in the end.

I am a black kpop fan and I went on a 30 day kpop hiatus after hearing all this and BM from KARD doing the same thing. After my 30 day reflection as being a kpop stan for 14 yrs. I am now VERY selective on who I continue to stan. I’ve unstanned Blackpink (since I didn’t hear or see any apologies from their cultural appropriation and the video). Got all their (Blackpink) music off my phone, rid of concert merch (I need to sell my lightstick). I was one of those Blinks that tried to convince myself that they would stop being disrespectful towards black fans, but after that predebut video “surfaced” I was done! Maybe I’ll try to get into Jisoo’s solo work.

They keep benefitting from our own culture but not giving credit
I was soo pissed at tyler and doechi for collaborating with lisa and jennie respectively.
And not to mention kiof doing the bacardi twerk in their music and then turn around calling our culture a concept
Or is it when kard said the N-word in his live
What icks me the most is they never chose to come clean and apologize, but rather chose to remain silent and then try sweeping the issue under the rug like it never happened
They steal our stuff, our beats, dance move and then call it rebranding
Using braids and painting their faces black it's more that racism.
And then their stupid fans comes and say we keep overreacting and seeking attention.
They should be ashamed, and it's a good start that some of the black idols are speaking up like fatou from blackswan

Lisa on the thumbnail to get traffic cause having the people who did the actual wrong won't get hits.
All you rage-mongers do is misrepresent, if not lie about, the situations and push the wrong information to enrage people, and for what? Because you're uncomfortable? Because you have to sabotage people? You can't live without manufacturing outrage? You lot keep bringing up the videos and "n-word" controversy without proper context, and at this point, it's because you want to make saying the "n-word" a norm, again. It's what started happening when that so-called whistleblower dropped the ygent videos and claimed it was BP doing it, instead of ygent having made the girls perform as such for their evaluations. The problem is solely ygent, but because you know that won't get traction, and proliferate the use of the "n-word" to a norm, again, you got for BP, and centre Lisa. You want Lisa synonymous with anti-blackness because you know without Black USians getting into her music, she won't get a foothold in the pop world in the US. And in your bid to do so, you spread anti-blackness, and make people comfortable with doing the same. Quit rage-mongering, and stop trying to make anti-blackness and the "n-word" as common place as the "r-slur" has become.

you described perfectly why it's so wrong for a non-black person to say the n-word, I've always thought of that whenever someone asked why it's so wrong or when they'd be ignorant enough to be like ''it's okay to say it even if you aren't black''
