Looks too diverse again. Gonna skip this one until more Europeans/White people have more roles.

My friend and I were just talking about it and we realized that it's within the realm of possibilities that President Snow is Katniss' grandfather. It's possible that, when they were young, Snow impregnated Lucy before she ran away and survived, and, when Lucy met her future husband, he was willing to adopt Lucy's baby boy (who would grow up to be Mr. Everdeen- Katniss' father) as if the baby were his own. So it's possible that Katniss and Prim are President Snow's illegitimate granddaughters, with or without Snow's knowledge.

Will NOT see this due to Dinklage and mostly Zegler being world class asshats.
I supported the author and bought the book instead.

only an opinion: I believe there were better choices than Rachel.

Guys this movie was 10/10, I LOVE the love story between Snow and Lucy and it is an outright shame what became of Snow, when he could easily have gone down the other route and lived a life of love and peace with Lucy.

I kind of like the Oprah woman. A pre-prequel could be that’s actually Oprah becoming president. 😂

And the actor who played Snow did a very good job, I really liked his acting ~

The white rose Snow gives to Lucy… just like how he showered Katniss with white roses years later…

The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (2026)
In June 2024, after another prequel novel was announced, Lionsgate officially confirmed plans for a film adaptation. Francis Lawrence entered early negotiations to direct the movie. The plot will take place forty years after The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes and twenty-four years prior the events of The Hunger Games; and will depict Panem and its 2nd Quarter Quell. The movie is scheduled for release on November 20, 2026.
