If I understood the fate/death thing correctly, the difference is fate is something that will occur at the set time, while death is inevitable "rule", but with no set timer. The traveler is one of the descenders - beings that can change the fate of Teyvat. But descenders can't change the rules. At least, that's what Lord of the Night implied.

The 2 Archon quest from this patch were bangers!! But I also hope Traveler gets a really, really big power boost when they attain their pyro-alignment. As a Traveler main I want to put more respect on their name!

Never thought another Archon would beat act V Furina as my favourite archon, but Mavuika is really killing it. She's human but feels so much more like an Archon than the other nations, the way she reacts to crisis and her humanisation of how she rose to that position of Archon

It's honestly surprising with just how different the war can be based on the player's choices. Even if the end result is basically the exact same.

tbh working with the Fatui isn't that surprising, I mean, we basically did that in Fontaine already. The fact that Arlechinno respects the Captain already gave me good feelings about him so I was really glad about the team up, but not quite surprised. Especially since Shneznaya is next and I've had a feeling since we met Ekaterina in the Chasm that the Fatui aren't the real villains, or aren't all villains at least. Dottore still sucks though.
side note i feel like I'm the only one who picked to save the Saurians xD.

Who knows how strong Paimon might be, but it is quite the feat for her to have survived through all the events up until now right by our side.

The other nations might have lent their support but the abyss attack took relatively one day to beat and also the same amount of time to nearly overun and destroy Natlan. So because they polishe it up so fast its all good now, but should Mauvika fail, then even if word got out about then abyss invasion, I doubt there would be anything left to save. The abyss invasion was soo fast, real blitz krieg strategy on the abyss side.

Also, please pin for CoE propaganda. As you can see, CoE is the last standing tribe against the Abyss before the full retreat, clearly demonstrating why CoE is the strongest and best tribe.

Yeah shed some tears watching this all over again. God this act was so so devastating. Every time the death toll and corrosion levels kept rising, it was just a huge punch in the gut. I just kept shedding tears seeing all the bodies and hearing paimon cry and slowly lose it. THE FAKE SKY FINALLY BEING SHOWN!?!?!?! WHEN I TELL MY JAW WAS TO THE FLOOR. I am curious if we do get an ancient name will our ancient name be different cuz since we not from natlan I’m guessing it be different from the other natlan characters ancient name or will it be the same like the other natlan characters I’m so confused about it and curious how this play out

my theory is that next act is going to be us beating the abyss, and then our act 5 will involve the Heavenly Principles. Like we're going to save Mauvika somehow and because of that AND the false sky being revealed, the Heavenly Principles are going to do something but maybe that's just wishful thinking.

This battle part made me feel so serious that i had to pull out the NXKF team (neuvillette xilonen kazuha furina)

I hope in the new area when we can visit the Feather Clan we can see Chuychu's grave.

"Fate" and "Rule" are absolute in Teyvat, but like in the real world, people are fated to die, and as a rule, no one can escape death. No one can change the "Fate" and "Rule" of Teyvat, only "How" and "When" can be changed.

I haven't finished the video but Vichama died and the worse is, he can't reunite with Malcom coz his soul was destroy in the Night Kingdom. Also, if you picked at civilians and Fatui over the saurian place, you'd see a Fatui Cryo Gunner blocking an entrance with his dead body to protect the mother and daughter inside :"))) GREAT VIDEO AS WELL AA

I think that the fatui sound robotic is cause they were altered? I believe that's the lore not 100%. It's cause they have to be altered to use elemental energy in their weapons/use delusions

In the Version 5.0 livestream, they said that all of the Archon Quest Acts would be unlocked between Versions 5.0 and 5.3 so there's a pretty big chance that Act 5 will be in version 5.3 and that 5.2 will be new areas and new world quests. The fact that Mavuika didn't get drip marketing yet also supports this.

Wow, the war was so different for me, I saved the outposts you didn't and lost those you saved.

Such a shame more people don't watch this masterpiece of gameplay/commentary. I have seen most of the main channels reaction and neither put such an emphasis as Rednas does, like man I did not know there were like sidequests for little characters, like you saved the mom from one of the warriors and there are many more instances of people dying/being saved by tour decisions that only Rednas puts a focus to

Natlan is by far the best area and archon quest and on top of that the music is amazing too.

Capitano is the King! I love him so much. He saved Xilonen's life twice and fights the Abyss solo during the later part of this war. The fact that he's so selfless and honourable easily made him the best Harbinger. I also like his design the moment Signora's funeral teaser video was dropped. You can't deny the Jotaro (Jojo reference) that makes him so much cooler. And though I played in JP dub, his English voice is the best.

This was probably the best Act I have experienced and it’s amazing in a gameplay way. But lore wise, what the hell😭 I kept saying that if the balloon wasn’t so slow I could’ve saved more ppl😭😭
