If you live OTP (outside the perimeter) you will want the Peach Pass, we live in Canton (Allatoona, golf, tennis, mountain biking, Downtown Canton/Woodstock) all within minutes from home. But, if you want to go to the Battery for a Braves game or bar hope, you are 20 minutes away with the Peach Pass, even during rush hour 🙂 and Buckhead or Midtown add maybe another 10-15 minutes, and the airport is 40 minutes door to door.

Canton is in Cherokee County which has the highest taxes in the state of Georgia. There are 158 other counties in the state.

very good video! wow, editing is on point! although the laws and regulations are often overlooked in Cherokee County. ive lived in canton for on n off 16years i think its gone far downhill in last 3years. this video needs more shares to people who are considering moving. Always check the goggle reviews of the local government entities. hospitals health care/ Schools/ police enforcement/ public safety/ regulations and code enforcement. Im subscribed now, good show.

I live in Canton, and there are not many new built homes here. It is unfortunate that I have to buy land and hire a builder, but I am okay with it. It will be a huge adventure, lol. The people here are so sweet giving and nice seriously. I had a lot of issues in Kennesaw no problem here so far.
