ОтветитьGreat exercise session, having you to look at helps, because since I hurt my back, broke a bunch of bones, gained weight, and a bad decade of health problems....so even doing something like these I have to be very careful, so you are a great model to follow.
ОтветитьAt 75, I found my previous workouts began to trigger vertigo and vestibular migraines. I am hoping standing workouts will reduce those effects. Enjoyed this one for starters. Thank you for making them available. Subbed for sure.

ОтветитьI’ve been meaning to ask you Mere how to get rid of that menopausal gut that keeps hanging on for dear life. I’m dieting and exercising regularly. Will it ever go away? Someone said it’s because I had kids but I don’t believe that; you’re an example of someone who had kids and yet has flat tight abs. Any hope besides liposuction which I will not do?

I lost the weight but belly is still big before me and my arm is very flabby because of the weight loss. Thank you for these workout l must begin my journey soon be bless.
