I have one of each, except the V cutter. I usually cut my shaped cigars with the guillotine. I’ll pic up a V cutter this weekend.

Thank you for the knowledge.

Thinking about getting into cigars former smoker and open heart recipient yeah me. But if I smoke one a week with my whiskey I probably won’t have to many issues. I like the punch out of all these but it would make it tough to do a torpedo shaped cigar. So maybe the first one I like the fact it is metal. Thanks great video. Enjoy!!

Off topic, but I’m new to cigars and I’m curious about how many cigars a day you smoke and what your go to daily cigar is? I’ve been smoking about 2 a day now and I’m looking for good cigars in the $3-$5 range.

Thank you Anthony.
Once again your few minute video is complete with info for the novice or expert cigar smoker.
FYI, I spied your Savoy on one of your past posts and bought one along with an Ashton Magnum bundle.
Have a smooth weekend.
Best regards.
Stuart
PS. When I get to Philly I will definitely visit Holts, but if you find yourself in NYC give me a heads up and we can share a cigar together.

Question, can you talk about or explain the 2 cars I see in your videos. Are they ashtrays?

I wanted to thank you on the advice of not putting the cigar in your mouth before cutting. I was taught to do that when I first started on my journey of cigar smoking. I saw this tip in another video you put out a week or two ago. I was under the impression the cigar would crack if you didn’t do that upon cutting the cap off. I have had to make a conscious effort not to moisten my cigar before cutting for it has become a subconscious habit. Dry cutting thus far works just fine and I do prefer it better.

Start using better steel for cigar cutters no junk steel from foreign countries this is one big problem ive seen, all 5hese fancy designs mean nothing if the blades & cutting edge are crap & cant be honed to a fine edge...yea in a knife guy & do my own sharpening & honing on all types of edges

I became a punch cut fan, I find to be cleaner and neat way to cut. My torch lighter has a punch cutter attachment, so it's very convenient.

Love the videos been watching g them all I haven’t been into cigars long so your videos are very informative, thank you for the awesome advice for beginners. One question when can we see holts humidor or the whole collection? If you already did one I might have made it to that one yet .

Great video as always. Thanks for the recommendations. Right now I'm using Colibri straight & V-cutters. I'm pretty happy with them, very good quality cutters & they're plenty sharp.

I've started to use a punch cutter exclusively recently. I have one that has two different size blades on either end for small and large ring gauges. It also has a nub holder inside it. Super clean cuts. It is also my go to cutter when flying. No problems at TSA...yet lol.

I am a bit surprised that you do not recommend moisture the cap before cutting. In most tutorials I found that moisture the cap is recommended to avoid wrapper crack. Could you elaborate?
