Dude you couldn't fit a kiddie pool in that tiny space you call a backyard, at most its a spot you could put a small table and a chair or two, also no one would get a dime from me until it's finished, I would recommend obtaining a real estate attorney to handle it and get an inspection as well, many expats have been ripped off by paying money upfront, other wise if it's a good area and the finished home looks like what was shown, that's a decent deal, I would change out that slick tile on the steps too.

There is a lot included in that price. Cabinets, AC, shower doors too. Nice.

Here's what I've been noticing over the yearsss!
Houses are getting smaller (ok) and prices continue to increase (ok)! However the 2 don't match - disparity? Don't increase prices for much much smaller homes! Increase the price is you must (understandable) but give me the size of house to match the price!
What's happening is the big trick used in North America - constant price increases for smaller and smaller content!
We continue accepting the increases for smaller homes, guess what, prices will continue to increase until who will WANT to buy or can afford to buy! Just saying!
