ОтветитьI have just started your exercise program as I have levitor Ani Syndrom and it is very painful and also multiple sclerosis I had tried laying on my bed doing leg strength img exercises bud these coursed terrible back pain so the standing exercises are so much better for me thank you for helping us with standing exercises

ОтветитьI am 52 years old, and 10 weeks out from a total hysterectomy. My doc suggested Pelvic Floor PT - which is not easy to find so far. I am going to start these. How long should it take to feel a difference if I do these daily or every other day?
