ОтветитьThis trauma has had a global impact and this conversation needs to be pushed out into the world to start a dialogue. War will only continue to push the trauma deeper.
Ответитьthis is very sad. 😣😖
ОтветитьIndigenous People of Scotland and Ireland must have some intergenerational trauma
ОтветитьShould be compulsory viewing for people who are registered to vote for the Voice
ОтветитьAs a descendant of Irish who were abused in Canada during the 1840s and 1850s I resonate with this.
ОтветитьI'm shaking watching this, we did nothing to deserve this torture and the treatment we receive today. Why does the world hate us. We see your pain, please see ours. It's still happening.
ОтветитьAlmost all Native American tribes practiced cannibalism, kid napping, rape, pillaging. Tribes were known to take white woman from settlers and being her into the tribe for child bearing, Chris colombus brought civility to the new world. Stop complaining about the pain your ancestors went through when you yourself have yet to suffer
ОтветитьWhen you realise how many people, nations, tribes… white christians have permanently damaged for generations…
May they rot in hell.
Get over it. It’s America now!
ОтветитьGenerational trauma is fantasy. As. Huarpe, we have spoken about it on our community in Mendoza and found it absurd. Many other tribes before colonialism did the things this video states happened.
ОтветитьIf individuals today are feeling trauma because of what happened to their ancestors hundreds of years ago (the past which we can't change) then I do hope they are not having children that will have this trauma passed on to them. And there was violence and sickness among the many tribes of aboriginals, don't go saying this was all brought on by the nasty White "colonisers" ... and if the aboriginal people were left alone, that being they weren't interfered with and this country was left solely to them, what would their lives be like today in 2024?
ОтветитьPuh the stolen generation is one of the worst things Ive heard about. So sad
ОтветитьMy country has faced wars, colonization and many other forms of violence. Now we're one of the poorest and dirtiest countries in the world. And the violence older people has faced seems to be transmitted from generation to generation. Nobody's truly happy. Especially my parents.
They seem to have done some efforts, but it's still hard for them to develop. They used to hit us and yell at us, but everytime they do, they seem to regret doing it so bad...
That's why my mission is to stop this violence from happening and to give them the love and care they couldn't receive when they were younger. :D
We can see it in the history if Abraham/Abram. When he goes to a cursed land.. and has abilities to create wells snd Reaps from the land.. But manipulates to gain.. through lyin .. his gains are made which then captilize on those who are cursed…. He creates a door for his own offspring 1/2 to be hated And 1/2 to be gifted.. Thats the story of esua and Jacob. Esua is cursed .. the ground yields mo food so he hunts .. while Jacob is the second born and does nit have birth right to the land.. so jacob schemes using his intellect to take what belongs to his brother. Which ends with Jacob fleeing his land because his brother seeks to kill him for what was seen as not fair.
Through this cursed family.. now we see.. lying and scheming as a survival amongst the stronger.. “middle man” life.. is the curse.. until you use your intelligence to help the heal of your brother which you wounded…. Generations passed/past…. (jacob is holding the heal of Esua in hand when they are born.)
Jacobs curse is ge us intelligent but not Strong .. not skilled in strength.
Esua’s talent is strength/bronze but not bright.. together they are a whole…. As a way to heal themselves.. of Jacob’ can Recognize he is to help his brother .. to Have what was his to begin with before jacob pretended to be esua to trick his father.. esua gets Beheaded by Joseph (His nephew) for trying to gainback what was rightfully his .. but it depends on how tou determine “right” to me its not “right” to gain by scheming.. so therefore it null n voids jacobs “rights” to The land.. cuz he did it in a shady way..
But abraham gained by playing Sarah s his sister to gain from egypt .. so That wasnt “right” in their gain either.
Caan, Egypt: the land of “ham” is cursed by Noah’ adams’ see’d.. abra”ham” interited the tale on his name by buying into the way of breeding with Hagar’ and Scheming Egypt by Abraham Phillistines.. by Issac..
Ishmaelites of egypt (ishmae is Abrahams son). Purchase Joseph (Son of Levi’ israels /jacobs : children ) who then are enslaved by Ismael’s kids..
All of Abraham’s family is the middle East people of Adam /Noahs curses “CAANAN” Land.. genesis 9.
If that Trauma they are re:cycling into existence by Fighting over the same lands…. As they are ALL children of Abraham… who all believe they hold the “rights” … in reality it all goes back to lying and cheating to gain… and all they actually gained was war, Death, Suffering, Brothers killing brothers and offspring.. Re traumatizing.. fleeing the overgrazed spent land.. then taking back from others who are the 1/2 who arent cursed that round….
Its Fight/Flight for eternity.. if they cant see How they are each 1/2 of the problem.. and Give each other back what is rightfully theirs in (respect and humility.. that they contribute to their own family trauma… by torturing each other as heir and non heirs to the same place.
If the parents Had encouraged Jacob to support his brother .. rather then cheat them…. Or if one helped the other by utilizing their land Production ability fir the curse.. it asking God to uplift the curse if we stopped blood shed…. We could prevent continued Generational trauma.
You can see which trauma /curse you face by looking at the pattern of your behaviors /choices compared to people in generation pasts..
For instance my family Lies to save face…. But then say they hate lies.. the demonize people for what they do themselves ..like demonizing a grandfather for abandoning their mother but then abandon their own children born out of wedlock (Like Abraham..).
The idea is not to look at it from judgment but rather simply in pattern. To learn what’s causing the trauma in pattern of behavior and then Being opposite that pattern. Which is Hard.. It requires forgiveness of yourself so you can Help others when they gotta figure it out. Or see their own patterrn and how they contribute in break down of Family/community/ world.
We gotta get people to see this is not normal the way we are living… and stop lying and cursing each other innselfishness and lyin….
When we do that.. we will see the FOGS (fear/obligation/guilt/shame) uplift and stop punishing eachother for revealing truths.. like esua’ trying to get back what was given to him as first born.
Neither side has gained what they wanted. And lost living i. Fight ir flight as lion/lyin preying over each-other.
Very good information! 👏💕
ОтветитьI disagree, more woke nonsense. Face your fears and learn from adversity. People become stronger through struggles, not weaker. Don’t think of yourself as a victim and you won’t be one. This just serves to tell and remind people that you are a victim and you should have a pity party about ancestors you never knew. It creates a victim mindset that helps people to feel sorry for themselves but offers no solution. These are the same people that will tell you it is ok for a biological male to beat a women, as long as he thinks he is a women.
Ответить😢
ОтветитьWtf. Like there was not wars and killing before "colonization"
Ответитьthis is a HUGE lie. north american indians used their women as slaves more or less. all of them were always starving. they had constant war with other tribes.
ОтветитьBs. Records state that 20,000-25,000 aboriginal kids were taken from their families. During the same period 250,000 white kids were also taken from their families. This horrible policy wasn’t aimed at aboriginal peoples. But all parents deemed “unfit” by the government of the time.
ОтветитьSo the colonization of the earth created the conscience in modern day humans-post bicameral mind
ОтветитьI understand now what my cousin said when she said "find your community."
ОтветитьInter generational trauma can happen elsewhere too. This animation shows an appalling example.
It can happen in very tight-knit communities . RC children brought up close to non RC… two families separated by a GGF or a GF leaving one family to take care of a new one. I acknowledge that this is not what you suffered, in this animation herein.
But we did. I honour your past, your Now and wherever you take it in the future…
I’m trying to get to a batter place too.
This is exactly what I felt in my heart. I feel the genocide in my genes. Our land absorbed so much blood throughout time, almost all the wars in Europe were on our land and up until now the injustice and oppression is present I face it every day, even though it seems like those times are over, yet nobody even knows about it, they hide it very well. I can feel the generational traumas in people's behaviour, i can hear the land crying for change and cleansing. When I realised my parents are the children born of parents that survived the ww2 and saw the terror face to face, it all made sense and made it easier for me to forgive for their behavior.
We are the ones in our families to clean all the generational suffeing and pain, and start clean for our children, for a healthy community, for a caring wolrd!❤ we got this 💪🏼
P.S. My land's name is MACEDONIA 🤍🙏🏼✨️
Im sorry but "colonization" did not bring wars. There were wars already going on between the indigenous people of the Americas. The Aztec were absolutely slaughtering the neighboring tribes of Mexico long before the Spanish came. So much so that the neighboring tribes would rather team up with Conquistadors to take down the Aztec. The Comanche were also driving the Apache off the plains and into the mountains mercilessly. Hundreds of thousands of natives were killed brutally by other Natives throughout history. It has nothing to with color and everything to do with male aggression PERIOD.
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьI can't speak for indigenous peoples of other nations. But, the indigenous peoples of Australia have a parasitic culture of taking as much as they can. Back in the day, they were going from area to area, hunting and pillaging for all they could, and then moving on to do it again. In the modern day, they've figured out that they can get a lot of money from the Australian taxpayers by inventing historical grievances against an entire race of people. They get paid to spread racism and butcher history. It's high time for Australians to start questioning all this. Question why we still owe aboriginal people after all the money that's already been given. Ask, "When is it enough money?"
To other Australians, I'd like to say that you have nothing to do with any historical autrocities of the past, and you owe then NOTHING!
Wrong voices on the narrative
ОтветитьThis is hilariously bullshit
ОтветитьAs a white American I feel this to as I was under the oppression of the tyrannical British and discriminated against
ОтветитьAs Dalit or Untouchable from india this video was very beautiful ❤️
ОтветитьMalaysia = Colonized 4 times by 4 different invaders. And yet, stands firm and adapted to change as we look toward the future.
Abogines : ”White man brought alcohol”
I truly feel sorry for them. How dare Malaysia be so rude to move on instead of holding onto generational trauma. Despicable.
Incredible stuf.
ОтветитьGerman here. It’s always the same. No matter the race, time or place. Trauma is trauma.
ОтветитьAmazing video.A lot of hope and support .
Ответитьstop telling fairytales and lies face the truth already.
ОтветитьI have trauma dealing with people who are persistent victims, but no one cares. Nothing in this video has happened to anybody watching it and no one alived has done any of this... I bet this video was made some white people getting rich off your insecurities
ОтветитьEpigenetics plays a massive part in intergeneratinal trauma also.
ОтветитьDon’t forget that there was warfare among tribes and kids and women were kidnapped and abuse so let’s not forget that too. However, colonization had a greater impact. I was born from a colonized country.
ОтветитьThis is very true and it pains me to see the effects of it on both sides of my family and how it effects family members in different ways they aren't even aware of. Whether it's attachment issues, sharing how they feel, or not allowing themselves to understand just how powerful their potential for learning and inner growth they can reach. It's not the surrounding events or environment, it's the damage of tribes within our bodies, minds, and hearts that cause us so much pain because we've been convinced that what we're doing is "normal" and fine, but in reality it's damaging and hurtful to our nervous systems on so many levels.
ОтветитьAs a Polish guy here, I get it.
ОтветитьThe 1st 12 minutes is so full of bullshit I didn't care to watch the rest.
ОтветитьSo intergenerational trauma either turns people into a sociopath or a healer.... And that you guys is the answer to all equations and factors in the universe.. okay by imma smoke a blunt 🍁☘️
Ответитьnative Americans have been suffering
ОтветитьThis animation is my kind of storytelling ❤
ОтветитьNow imagine the slaves 🥲 probably why black folks can't be a community and saying this before y'all racist white folks try to throw shots
ОтветитьCan I get money yeah I have it too
Ответить
