We haven't heard much about Teddy recently, so I did a little research to try and understand what's going on with Teddy. It's clear to me: Teddy is WAY MORE than just books. Teddy Holdings has filed trademarks for just about everything you could imagine: clothing, footwear, dinnerware, furniture, textiles, blankets, educational and entertainment services for children, a service that is basically provides news articles for kids, home video game machines, and even a Teddy NFT Marketplace. Yeah, these trademarks cover just about everything. And so, it's clear: Ryan Cohen wants Teddy to be the one-stop shopping destination for parents. This information is important for individual retail investors who have rallied behind companies like GameStop and AMC, as well as their respective stocks (GME stock and AMC stock) in order to rescue these companies from the brink of bankruptcy due to malicious short selling.
