I'm a Slade fan since the early seventies. IMO they are all time greats. Nearly all their songs are covered by top bands and sound even great preformed by B-category artists.

One of the greatest bands of Glam-Rock.

The lovable Slade makes quite an impact. The atmosphere is as if the songs and sounds are empowering.

If he had joined AC/DC ...that would have been some band !

They were a bloody good band, my teenage years, brilliant.

They sound loud even on my phone with the volume turned down!!!!

Slade was incredible popular in western Norway in the 70s! Back then I lived in a small village 30km south of Bergen called "Julabygdo", or Cristhmas Village in english!! I still listen to Slade!!!

I had 13 in 72, lived in Soviet Latvia.. and listened to Slade only from radio Luksemburg ,in very bad quality, but anyway I'm a rocker forever!

I bought a cheap pair of platform boots from Freeman Hardy and Willis then sprayed them with silver paint from Halfords. Back in the days when we had a high street!

I unfortunately didn’t listen to Slade until I was in my 40s. Now they’re one of my favorite bands. Absolutely brilliant.

Slade turned the 70’s up to 11 even before 11 was invented.

Phenomenal band, a British institution who sadly never got the level of recognition that lesser artists received. GOD BLESS EM 💥❤💥

So ahead of there time, as a young child my parents hated them. So that meant you turned it up a bit more.

Que fríos eran estos ingleses,a la fuerza hacia la banda que se muevan,una música tan movida y fiestera,Slade no eran de su época que ahora los aprecio mucho la verdadera fuerza rockera.
