ОтветитьSteve harvey says stay late night and work hard for ur dreams and this guy...😢😢
ОтветитьJust let the man speak and answer the question instead of cutting him off and changing the topic every few seconds.
ОтветитьMostly I nap in the evening like after 3pm. Then I wake up nearly 6 pm. After that in night It's really hard to sleep so mostly I use phone or laptop at night like till 3 or 4 am.
In the midnight I drink tea also
He looks like John Denver!

ОтветитьWhat about taking melatonin before bed? Is that conscious sleep?
ОтветитьWhy these interviewers cut him so often??
ОтветитьI've had mental health issues my entire life...was in a facility as a young teen and have been in and out of a couple of other psych hospitals as an adult. Years of therapy as well.
I think the #1 issues I've had over the years is 100% my lack of sleep.
Took me till my mid 30's to finally find an amazing med provider that found a med that not only helps knock me out at night, but has few enough negative side effects that I'm willing to stay on it. It's not actually made for sleep at all. I think the med is made for seizures (which I don't have)...what the meds do for me is slow my brain WAY down so it's not racing all night.
I use to hate sleep...I would actively fight it. Now I love it and it's extremely important to me.
Very nice video and good information about slrrp

ОтветитьThis content exemplifies the best in analytical and reflective thought. A book with related material profoundly influenced my intellectual direction. "Better Sleep Better Life" by Various Authors
ОтветитьMy 16 year son is having some sleep issue with anxiety. I have purchased the book so that we can learn how to help him and of course us. Anything to learn more about better sleep is never a waste of time. Thank you
ОтветитьThey interrupt him a lot it’s annoying
ОтветитьVery informative
ОтветитьThe hosts are not letting this expert speak or complete his answers and aren't letting him finish any point on his own.. why?
ОтветитьIt’s interesting to see how his body language & posture changed over the course of the interview due to his discomfort from being interrogated instead of having a conversation.
ОтветитьThese three idiots man they don’t let this guy talk… “and naps increase our our productivity” what do you know grandpa
ОтветитьWow, absolutely none of that was useful.
ОтветитьThat cool room doesn’t work. That’s way to cold.
ОтветитьThey just hate Gayle.
Ответитьi alway list asmr or relax music when i cannot sleep i alway got experienc chest pain couse of lack sleep
ОтветитьBeen refuted. There is no direct causation. Just sellign books and stoking anxiety.
ОтветитьI'm a sick and vulnerable 62 year old autistic man, of unblemished good character, and due to my appalling living conditions (theft, arson, verbal abuse, death threats, etc) in my Jigsaw Homes rat-infested Social Housing slum, I haven't slept properly for 19 years!
My landlord is taking me to court next week, for the second time, because I complained, and they're trying to have me committed to PRISON!
Jigsaw Homes are pure evil, and I intend to sue them for destroying my life, and gaslighting (victim-blaming) me!
Sleep loss? ... I wrote the ORIGINAL book on it!
I'm seriously worried about my health, and the risk of dementia. My grandmother died of dementia in 2000.
I'm having hard time sleep 3 hrs some days i don't sleep that is really frustrating

ОтветитьAre type A people typically morning people? If so then are non type A people typically not morning people? In recent years some schools have switched to later start times which has reduced student’s accident rates while driving and raised their grades.
I’m very much a night person. When I was in high school my challenge was to not be too late to miss the bus. One year my Government class was my second hour class. I would usually make it through my first hour class and then crash and sleep through my second hour class. And I still passed the class.
I wish I could nap stopped napping at 2 years old I'm in bed at 6pm usually until 240am room darkening curtains.
Ответитьwhy did 8 hours become the norm i ask? victorian england same as the work week
ОтветитьYo fam, Gud Nite Sleep Capsules hv really improved my sleep quality. I wake up feeling refreshed 🌿✨
ОтветитьMy dad used to pound on my bedroom door when I was up at 3 or 4am. He never explained why it's so crucial to get my rest. I knew, he was mad that I was up late. My mom finally explained, that being restless causes heartattacks. I didn't fathom attack at the time. Mom used to go walking for exercise in the mall.I walked with her then. After staying up so late I dragged through from one store to another in the mall. I I wondered why. But then, I remembered, I stayed awake so late the night before. I didn't link it to a heartattack though.
