Sales can be a tough industry to be in. You may see closer and lazy salespeople in the same company. If you have ever wondered how to motivate lazy salespeople you need to know a few things. The first item is you may think someone is lazy but they may not know the steps in the sales process. For this group of salespeople they need training in strategies and tactics. The next pool of salespeople are those who do not have goals that increase over time. This group may lack motivation. Last of all is the group of people who should be fired as they do not have the skills, the desire or the ability to close sales.
