Honestly… it’s not the first time, we seen Loona in old clothes until now. There’s one time in Season Two of Episode 2: while Blitz had adapted her in a one flashback.

It's almost like she had different clothes and style when she was younger! /s I'm surprised it didn't also include commentary on how Millie's clothes were different when she was younger and how "we've never seen her in that outfit before" either.
