Hello Froggy. Why r u not use diamond plate to extract slurry from nakayama on finish stage?^)

Man the last owner of that beautiful razor, neglected her!!
You can 'free hand' the razor, without putting tape on it. Meaning just remove the chips by honing with the spine off the stone about 30°, then you can tape and set the Bevel after the chips are out.

Can you still hone without a jnat stone??
