Interview Question: “Why Did You Leave Your Last Job?”

I’ve had several jobs over a short period of time Sifu Dan. How would I approach this question if asked during an interview?🤔

I must explain is that the Durham Property workers from Whitby Ontario since 1996 never understood not only I am special needs, but also cannot work night shifts due to my disability. These workers endangered my life horrifically is that they outrage me all the time. The fact is I have concerns some intoxicated or uncontrollable driver might kill any of the workers or me. Talk about extreme trauma I had! I did that for one day and quit the job big time because of this issue I had.

This question makes me nervous.
I was fired in 2021 when my daughter was born.
We were WFH and I had just had a baby, and because of the pandemic I couldn’t get any help with her which took me away from work. I missed too many days due to child care and they fired me.

I have received a mail regarding my internal manager post stating that your interview will be on so and so date (1st time). I was very much excited and prepared for the same. later they postponed the date(2nd time), I have been preparing and waiting for them to be interviewed, again they have postponed (3rd time). This time I thought that finally the day has come for me to give my interview test. Later they have cancelled the interview itself. I couldn't understand and for some time I was shocked. Can you pls help me to whom I should ask and what could be the general reason behind this.

I really do like this advice and the “script” he provides as to why you are leaving your current job. The only part that may be tricky is if a company follows up with, “what does more look like to you?” I feel like the word “more” is such a buzz word but really what does that mean to the employer?

So I just quit no resignation because of abuse. I know I can answer this question with out an issue. But they are gonna ask if if I left on good terms? How do I answer that? Cause I just walked out. I have an interview next week.

If one wants to quit his business due to downfall and wanna start a new career in job how to explain this in an interview??

Then how would they avoid those things that made me left my previous job if I don't tell them the truth (example not enough compensation)
