Dexter Dryer: Door Glass and Gasket Installation

Make it look so simple,yet so effing fustrating to install.

Is there any special tool to install the glass... I know Huebsch has one P/N M4221P4 TOOL.. is this will work with Dexter too ?

I have replaced those gaskets many times and still is a pain, Dexter should have done a better design
