Hey Louis! If you want some good but cheap screens, take a look at Philips 276E8V screens, 27", 4K, 60Hz, IPS, 350 cd/m², flicker free, I've bought it w/o discount for about $280 brand new.
Originally I wanted some Dell things, we use quite a few at the company, some are regular ips, some are for graphical work, and while they're great, similar specs (as mine) are 2-3× the price of this, and besides simple but okay stand, and crappier OSD, I can't complain. Maybe that no dp out is on the monitor, and no VESA mount, but that's it! The panel is great (afaict), and everything else is at least okay.
Hope your employees will get some good gear at the new place :)

I have an air-soft replica of a 1911 (along with a real one) and let me tell you those things hurt. Most safety glasses wont stop the projectile either so be careful.
