ОтветитьTook a look at the qualifying times for the Boston Marathon (about 20 minutes from my house). It's based off age and gender. The only way I will qualify is if I start identifying as a 89 year old female.

ОтветитьAnywhere in your vast video archives have you covered setting up clip-on aerobars?
ОтветитьIt doesn't matter if you're training for a triathlon or just a road running race. If you want to get better at running build a big aerobic base (lot's of easy running) for a few months and then incorporate threshold runs, then hill sprints to build leg strength and then you can work on shorter & more faster workouts like intervals at the track for example.

I just finished my first triathlon which I wound up doin a sprint on Saturday n an Olympic in Sunday, New Jersey state triathlon, n it's Bc of ur videos I learned everything basically, lol, thanks again n who r the bozos who dislike ur videos, everyday they get better n better w the editing n content, people just love to hate

ОтветитьMmh you must have an insane endurance to be able to run a half Ironman at 4'30 and doing intervals at 4'00! I'm nowhere near that him speed yet do my intervals at 3'45/km
