Actually managed to finish most of it at 52.5!! When a move was too hard tho I dropped down to my 30lbs. Take a break whenever needed.
I'm getting stronger on a cut baby....!! 🙏🏿

ОтветитьI did this workout yesterday. I seriously wanted to quit a quarter of the way in but just kept going. 💪🏼 I had to use 15lb weights but damn, by end end of this workout those 15lbs felt like 50lbs😂. I just subscribed, and can’t wait to try out the other workouts.
