iPhone SE 2020 Screen Replacement

Anyone know why the phone keeps restarting every time the apple logo appears after replacing the screen?

if your screen came with sealant remember to put that on he didnt do that here

If it was dropped and screen has some brightness and cables are connected what is a likely cause of a blank screen? No obvious physical damage. Phone makes a noise when plugged into a charger.

Hi, I did the display change but iphone wont charge and no longer or turns on. Have checked cables and are connected but seems to be discharged since it don't turn on.
