Thanks for the video. Very helpful. A question you might know the answer to. When I playback a clip that was recorded to the goggles, how do you exit that clip to either view other clips or just get back to the live feed? I haven’t figured that out yet. Thanks.

Billy I'd like to see a video walk though of flying the Avata with the Goggles 2 and then using the goggles from My DJI FPV in Audience mode. Settings etc.

I just got the Avata I'm in Florida. The Mbps only starts at 30 and has only went up to 32 Mbps. At 60 feet away it is at 27Mbps. Called DJI and was a waste of time. Any idea why I'm not getting 50 Mbps like everybody on utube is??? Same on Googles v2 and googles 2, 1080 and at 4k with motion controller. Thank You

As I understand - you can't set home point to drone position :(, you can only update home point from updated point of controller :( This is bad. Because if I want to start fly from my apartment.. fly out from window and fly far away.. I want to set home point somewhere else, so If I lose signal - drone must return to safe point on good plane surface somewhere near my house, but not in my window or roof :)) Is it possible somehow to set home point to where now drone position? This is the only thing I missing in avata, all other is perfect!

hello everyone, is there a way to record voice on goggles i see the volume on the display, but i have swiched sd card to drone and to goggles, and i can not get voice if im flying or just recording, so is it possible to record voice on goggles or drone when you flying?

Thanks Billy, Great Video. The two things I wanted DJI to have, the ability for the drone to Beep when it crashes so you can find it easier. And to have Auto Record, because If Im flying I want to be recording. Both of which it does of course but I didn't know ! Thank you for showing such a in depth review. Happy Flying. Del

Hey! Thanks for this. I have a question for folks who have experience with the Avata...

Does anyone know how to best counteract the Avata's tendency to drift up when flying fast with the motion controller? I was trying to follow some mountain biker friends today in the mountains and I found I coudlnt stay level with them cause the drone kept naturally drifting upwards. I would presume this is the natural lift but Im wondering if there are ways to counteract this...

Question.... the ESC Beeping.... Is it possible to have turned on while flying or recording??? Asking because it could be a nice safety tool, if ever recording, but gives soft targets a heads up you are close

And you cannot use these goggles for any other dji product!!!

Fantastic video Billy. I have been flying the Avata now for a few months and love it! I have tried to send a few flight videos to friends, although the videos are fine on my end when they get to my friends they are blurry. Any suggestions?

How to turn off auto-rotation when the drone battery is low?

The menu that I see displayed on this video does not coincide with the one I see through my goggles. For instance Video Quality and EIS are not shown. Does anyone knows why? DJi is not much help. All they have are people that will put you online forever while they look on a manual for an answer. Useless! Thanks

Why doesn’t my menu have the more section?

Is there a place to sit the date and time? I video download are dated wrong.

The only reason I clicked on this was to see how you start recording on the goggles which you didn’t show. Figures. Didn’t even show how you stop recording. 🤨

Do you have any suggestions where I can find ISO settings? I can only set the max ISO value. I also don't know where to find the shutter speed menu. I fly with Googles Integra and FPV 2 controller. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
