ОтветитьElectrolytes are crucial.
Nanman is the best, just not on the eyes or genitals 😫😂
Distractions: “the devil’s playground”
ОтветитьGreat advice.
ОтветитьI went to thailand to train last year and i swear to god it was the closest to heat stroke ive ever been, old school gym open to the elements with very little airflow, my training partner and I legit almost died.
ОтветитьI've been training up here in Pai for the past couple months, and if I might add a personal number 11:
Sleep. A lot.
Get a full night's sleep before training in the morning. Take naps between morning and afternoon sessions. Take your recovery as seriously as you take your training.
Almost all of my bad training days came from under-recovery.
awesome list! covered every single do/do not
ОтветитьYou missed an important tip.
Have fun.
You have a awesome story thanks
ОтветитьWhen it comes to the whole yoga element for recovery in Muay Thai and other fight stuff, does your wife have her own channel?
ОтветитьGood tips Sean, I have been training in Bangkok and Chiang Mai on and off more for health and learn some self-defense, think to want to go next time to Phuket for 3 Months intensive training, I heard some people don't recommend Tiger Muay Thai they said they focus more only in the fighters! do you recommend any Gym in Phuket? what is your opinion about AKA Thailand? Thanks in advance!
ОтветитьHow have your training changed since this covid 19 pandemic? Just curious
ОтветитьBathe in Oil! lol! Yeah... and BURN! lol

Ответитьmost importantly, drink beer all night and forget about this sangsom ron shit these crazy bastards are going mad with all the time. so at least you go to the afternoon session ;-)
Ответитьwondering how relevant and possbile this all still is post covid etc, am thinking of heading over in NOV-DEC
ОтветитьNumber 1 is absolutely crucial. I have thought I was fit enough. Well....I wasn't. The heat finished me off. Absolute nightmare !
ОтветитьWhy has this channel been dead?
ОтветитьMaster I want to learn Muay thai
ОтветитьMartial arts and bald dudes are like peanut butter and jelly
ОтветитьMuay Thai oil to help put you in the fight mood? Never thought I’d here about something like that, I’m interested
ОтветитьRegarding #10. If one comes to Thailand all covered in bad ass tattoos with a "I'm the baddest m-fu..er in tha world" because you are infamous around the gyms in your local area for k.o.-ing newbies and guys smaller than yourself and you're gonna show these small Thai dudes what a real fighter looks like. Oh boy! You're in for a nightmare. You can be damn sure that anyone of the chunky padholders can whoop your ass seven days a week without hardly breaking a sweat. And if you start bullying the small kids when sparring there, you WILL be introduced to the top fighters or the really mean padholder who was the elbow expert and they've been given the green light from the gym owner to fuck you up. Then they will toss the remains in the alley behind the gym.
ОтветитьI 100% would love to come out to train in Thailand one of these days!
Ответитьsean fagan loves the royal D
ОтветитьI hate oils
ОтветитьHow much money do you need if you want to stay for 4 weeks and dont plan on doing anything except training, eating and sleeping
ОтветитьCool down ? You just stop training and you will cool down.
Ответитьhow tall is that dude to you right???
ОтветитьIf someone to say move to thailand would they be able to train at your gym? For a membership fee of course ?
ОтветитьGreat vid yall
ОтветитьWhat would you recommend for insurance when coming to fight in Thailand?
ОтветитьLove the tips guys thankyou!
ОтветитьThank you! Planning my first Muay Thai retreat and cant wait!
ОтветитьThat was I f**king nice video! Really nice to se 1 week before going down there💪 thanks guys
Ответить“The Thai trainers will let you know, maybe not verbally, but they’ll spar you & they will fuck you up”🤣 great video as always bro
ОтветитьI been doing Muay Thai for 4 months now roughly every 3rd day to second day 1 class private lesson with a Thai here in auz would you guys recommend coming to Thai land yet?
ОтветитьGreat video gents! I'm just getting started in Muay Thai. I'm 31 not looking to go pro but really challenge myself and compete locally down the road. Would you still recommend this kind of training for someone like me?? Would a trip to thailand be worth it??
ОтветитьGreat tips Sean and Paul. So I'm 62 years young and excellent physical condition my entire life. But just recently added Muay Thai to my training routine. Obviously I can't compete and fight, but very interested in attending a 30 day Muay Thai camp to further develop my skills. What would be your recommendations as far as which camp to attend ?
ОтветитьHow much does it cost included training and accommodation for 3 weeks?
ОтветитьWhos going to summerise the video with a 1-10?
ОтветитьDo you think I’ll need to quit smoking before I go, I’ve been working out aloy and my cardio is a lot better however it’s only as good as it can be as a smoker and I don’t know if I’ll be able to handle it
ОтветитьGood stuff
ОтветитьThat intro 😂
You gonna die!
Gonna be on KPG for Christmas. Muay thai changed my life 10 years ago. Can't wait to get into the gym
