Honorable mentions: Otis - underwhelming dmg, no super cycle, bound to 1 star power (also boring), Lou - impossible to hit shots, weak dmg, slow super cycle, super didn't freeze unless you had a star power, hypothermia was trash and gadget is situational, Carl - slow pickaxe, smaller dmg (not much more i remember).
