Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb is one of the new villains you can see at Oogie Boogie Bash.

If I had a nickel for every time they made a creepy live version of Doofenshmirtz, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.
