Everything old is new again. I just threw out 2 large garbage bags FULL of inherited plate silver service ware - trays, covered dishes, plate flatware, tea services. Nobody wants this stuff and even Goodwill doesn't want it. Don't get me started on the dozens of cups and saucers that suffered the same fate. Every time a little old lady dies, 2 dozen cups and saucers are released to the universe.

Hi ! The last painting is actually a view of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris ! The painter is located in the other side of the river Seine. You can see at the foreground a book seller with his famous green box. Those boxes are still in use nowadays and are part of the UNESCO World Heritage. I love how you don’t see the Cathedral directly but it appears through the mist !
