All our food is genetically modified through selective breeding, cross pollination and all sorts of methods that have existed for literally thousands of years
ОтветитьI’m not too hung up about how a plant got here or a human. Whether we do it or God does it, life is life and the components for creating it are divinely controlled. Food is no more unnatural than dogs or humans IMO…since we know eugenics played an impact on human history too.
ОтветитьWhen i see what some of the plants we rely on looked like in the early days of agriculture it really helps me appreciate how hard our ancestors worked for a meal!
ОтветитьI see your point, but I really think referring to this as genetic modification is at least confusing. This process is more akin to evolution since it is natural and not directed or controlled by humans.
ОтветитьThe knowledge from this channel is unmatched from any other growing platform . Uniqueness stands out 💪🏾💯
ОтветитьYou're amazing! Thank you for this knowledge!
ОтветитьI need to harvest the slips off of my sweet potato and get started. I’m scared!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your knowledge with us!❤
ОтветитьSuper cool, thank you!
ОтветитьYou are so brilliant. I'm grateful for everything I have learned from you.
ОтветитьTo be clear, unnatural doesn’t mean bad. Seedless watermelon is created by pinching off the male flower of the plant. The female grows a melon still, but with less seeds and those that are there are just infertile.
ОтветитьBro, you keep skipping calf day.
ОтветитьGreat info king, I never knew this. Thanks.
ОтветитьSalutes this man for this information
ОтветитьKeep growing out the box my friend. 💪🏽
ОтветитьI love your videos. You are filled with so much, good knowledge. Thank you for all your hard work. ❤
ОтветитьThat Rosemary plant behind you is so beautiful
ОтветитьTo me GMO means Genetically Modified.. not “Hybridized” or being bred for better genetics.
A Pitbull doesn’t look like a Wolf.. but that doesn’t mean they altered the genetic code.. they selected traits that were desirable.
Everything we grow and eat is genetically modified. We've been genetically modifying foods since we first started farming.
ОтветитьI love to learn!
ОтветитьEvolution through selective breeding is not genetically modified. No lab splicing bs into our plants.
ОтветитьThank you for explaining that there is an aceptable genetic modyfiying.
ОтветитьSir, you are a book of knowledge, thank you for sharing with us all you know ❤
ОтветитьThat is a great fun fact. I love sweet potatoes
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьThank you !😊
ОтветитьThis is becoming my new favorite channel.
ОтветитьOk how interesting, I had no idea, sweet potatoes came along way. I can't wait to start growing them, I love sweet potatoes.
ОтветитьOh wow… never to old to learn new things
ОтветитьGreat info ❤
ОтветитьYou’re an inspiration ❤
Ответить❤
Ответить🔥🔥💥🪶♑💯🦉✨👑👑👑👑😍👍🏾🌕
ОтветитьSo thrilled I found your channel!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing fun facts!! I've got some sweet potato slips coming on
ОтветитьAint nothing like people that know. 😊
ОтветитьAmen to that. Knowledge is the key👍
ОтветитьNC let's go, modify dat shit...
ОтветитьYou are full of easily given & shared knowledge. Thank you. New sub here --you have already taught me quite a bit. How did you learn all this? You sound like an authority, but there is thankfully, nothing "stuffy" about it.
ОтветитьIts called hybridizing
ОтветитьI'm glad you mention this. Genetic modification is not a bad thing, it's a natural thing, and it's an ancient technique.
What's wrong with many foods and crops these days is how they are modified. Not that they are modified.
Geez, I'm glad your videos ended up in my feed. I'm learning a lot. Thank you.
ОтветитьI learn something every day. Nice, when it's an interesting fact rather than another example of how my old body is breaking down, or how much worse of a job the packers and shippers of products I order online are doing!
ОтветитьI need that fence!
ОтветитьI wish people werent so afraid of genetic modification of crops. Its safe and effective, and I can't help but imagine that many people's fears stem from a lack of understanding about the fundamental biological processes it entails.
ОтветитьIn still-life paintings from centuries ago, you can see how much certain fruits and vegetables have changed. Its really fascinating.
ОтветитьOhhhhh,, NATURALLY GENETICALLY MODIFIED,,,,, i'm no dummy but i did not know that... SO Keep doing slips from the GOOD Hefty Strong Sweets Potatoes <3
Ответить🤔🤔🤔 Very interesting.
ОтветитьThat is really fascinating!!❤
