I think I’d be great at it and have a ton of experience in previous roles starting out in Customer Support, Retention, and Sales and most recently in HR and Recruiting. I’m over this field and really need to make the leap finally. This was just what I needed!!

ОтветитьCurrently working as Client relations Manager for a manufacturing company. Managing a team of 6, sales of all our 2nd grade material, handling escalated customer issues, handling all production planning for orders, I'm the middle point between sales and every department.
I have interviewed for 3 CSM job's and ended up being the 2nd/3rd option in each from the feedback given due to not having direct experience.
1) Do you think I already have the experience and should keep applying?
2) Any thoughts on things I can do to stand out without the direct experience?
Great explanation about CSM. It's been 2 years since I become a cust service, this video shows me skills need to improve and also career path to reach.

Im sure l have the soft skills and decent technical knowledge but companies just wont even give me an initial interview!
I have worked with top software vendors for 12 yrs.
Never heard of any CSM going to an architect role unless they were one before.
