Scammers on YouTube - Beware, they're everywhere!

They are at it again. Yesterday I received notification that I won a drone from you..

I've been using the scammers phone number for all kinds of stuff. Even gave it to my credit card collection agency that's always calling me to pay my bill. Hope he enjoys talking to "Perry Mason" from India.

Thank you Ed. Your video was so helpful. Somebody contacted me in the comment section in another channel. Something in me felt a bit off. I though I would research scans online and low and behold I found your video.

Hi Ed, thanks for this. Yes, I did get something similar on your channel But the scammer did not pass a smell test when i called him and used my spectroscope to match his voice frequency and yours and they were way off. I asked him to come on video call and he got salty. I told him to keep the drone as I can actually afford two of the same. I really had fun toying with him.

For me the conversation to these scammer was already fishy at the beginn and as he asked me to pay for the shipping i was 100% sure it was not you. But there are so many naive people out there....thx again for posting this video Ed!!!

It happened to me on Emilia Hartford channel. I'm like what's the name of your new dog. Person couldn't answer. And it happened to me on Laura Farms channel also

Hi Ed! I'm subscribed, and watch many of your videos. I received these spam messages on your channel, and so many others. I've been around since the beginning of the internet, and when we just had bulletin boards (and the military had something else which I was part of as well). So, if you are constantly accosted by this kind of spam you recognize it, in all forms - even directly among people in day to day situations. But I realize most people don't have that 'advantage'... and honestly, I wish people could trust one another still. Anyway, this was so nice of you to post, and get in depth with the subject. It says a lot about who you are. I'm staying subscribed for a long time.

Great video Ed!! My wife just got scammed, they've taken over her FB business account. It really sucks, especially for small business owners. The platforms either don't seem to care or are completely understaffed or incapable of combating this BS. I say we get a Black Hat IT guy and find out where they live. Or maybe a Class Action Law suit against the platform. Good luck homie!! Halo????

Thanks for the heads-up Ed. I'm going to be hacking the scammers accounts pretty soon and make videos of it for fun!! I follow ThioJoe as well and have even when he created fake tutorials. First thing I need to do...is learn how to hack. I'm going to mess with them regardless, I already do it with telemarketers.

Yes, seems creators have to ask to stay away from such scams in every video as they ask to like, share or subscribe... I got similar message yesterday on another creator's video and I contacted him and ask the same to talk about it regularly in your videos...

I've seen these a lot on other channels always using the avatar of the channel they are posting on.
