To drink or not to drink? That's the question about plant-based milks.

Plant-based milks like soy milk, almond milk, and cashew milk have gained popularity in recent years. But are they truly nutritious compared to cow's milk?

In today’s video, I’ll review the top plant-based milks, their ingredients, and how they compare to cow's milk in terms of nutrition. I'll also help you decide which plant-based milk (if any!) fits your needs—whether for health benefits, frothing, or just a dairy-free alternative.

To be clear from the start, I have no intention behind this video. This video is NOT sponsored and the video is really meant to help you explore your options and find the right beverage for you and make an informed decision.

At the end of the day, everyone has different needs and preferences. So the more variety, the better. That said, your choice will come down to what you want: Do you want a nutrient-dense drink?
