i live in a area of Washington that is hard to access and requires a ferry from mainland we have a huge market for construction, food, and entertainment services. we have a lot of rich retirees willing to pay almost any price for convenient and reliable services of all kind and I don't know how to come up with a business model and plan but there is a huge market and I'm looking for content related to starting a first business from ground up to be autonomous and scalable with time.

This is the very thing that is already in my thoughts keep telling me to focus all my time, energy and resources on one you do best if I have to accomplish something.
