How do I get higher quality when I upload it from twitch I stream in 720p and the streams save in 720p but when I upload them they’re 360p

I’m guessing not, but is there a way to have this done by default when a stream ends?

this works fine and all but the problem i have is with the twitch itself, ever since i turned up the bitrate and started doing actually decent streams the last 5 or so minutes get cut off when i'm done. is there a fix to this? only happened since i switched bitrate to 6k.
