Talking About GATT: A Conversation with Mark Ritchie Oct. 25th, 1991

Wow, thanks for posting this.  Are there any videos showing that he knows about the farm bill (like "Crisis by Design").  Did Ritchie and influence Via Campesina's knowledge of Price Floors and Ceilings, supply cuts (and reserves), as a whole package, (not just stand alone reserves, which is misleading).  How about in influencing the European view where some of them understand that?  Vandana Shiva understands this.  Did IATP have a role in that kind of global awareness?
