Happy Mother's Day 2018 with Creative Expressions :D

I saw Julia Watts demo this technique of using Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders on felt a little while back on Hochanda, and I just had to give it a go :D So I thought why not try it out on my Mum's Mother's Day Card using Sue Wilson's gorgeous new Spring Time die set :D :D :D
