Ответитьhello, I love FOOTBALL, AND I'd just like to know how a D play gets called in , or decided on .. is it after seeing whos in on offense , does the captain on D make the call ??? etc etc etc etc
ОтветитьBLITZ
ОтветитьYou show a 4-3 and a linebacker usually does a hook to curl but other then that good job !
ОтветитьI was so confused about what cover 2 3 4 was and now it seems so obvious 😂
ОтветитьFelt violated seeing so many examples from the Houston Texans 😩
ОтветитьSounds like John C Riley
ОтветитьThis is beautiful bra! You explained everything so throughly, well, and even slowed it down and took the time to label each position and using game videos to help! Ima show this to my kids man, to help them learn the defensive positions as well!
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm quite new to football and this helped definitely to grasp what is happening on the pitch.
ОтветитьVery nice and handy video, thanks
ОтветитьThis is a GREAT video for anyone new to football! Really appreciated it!!
Would really love to see one on offense, particularly the different types of formations and routes, when and why there are used 🙏
MORE. This was REALLY GOOD.
Basic terminology of football is complicated. You did a great job of breaking it down.
Can you do an offence version of this video please 🙂
ОтветитьAndy Dalton pooped his pants.
ОтветитьI’m a huge college football fan and I go to an SEC school that’s currently uncharacteristically underperforming in defense. This video was really helpful in understanding all the different ways we’re currently blowing it. 😂😂
ОтветитьI played football for 7 years, including defense, and I just learned that it’s called Dime because a dime is 2 nickels lol
ОтветитьA+. Go to the head of the class! (Zone Blitz? Part two material)
ОтветитьFootball fan since SB 99 and this is a great explainer for a beginner
ОтветитьWish for brief rundown of defense lineup stances. Mentioned no rules for defense lineup. Does “down lineman” only apply to offense?
ОтветитьWho Dey great video, you should do one for offense and special teams
ОтветитьTeaching my wife, son, and Mom football now that we live in a market where there is an NFL team… offense, they basically get, but defense has proven harder for them to learn and for me to explain. Shared with all three of them, as this is a really good intro guide. Thanks for this!
ОтветитьIs Nose Guard same as Nose Tackle?
ОтветитьThank you a lot! Huge football fan but never really knew what defense positions did besides try to protect and stuff. Awesome video!
ОтветитьThese are great, man. Well-edited, great style. Please do more!
ОтветитьI knew almost all of these but I always wondered why the hell they called it nickel and dime lol thank you and big thumbs up
ОтветитьThis was an excellent video you are a very good teacher! All hail the algorithm 😊😊😊
ОтветитьThis was actually really helpful thanks
ОтветитьThis video is incredibly helpful, I’ve been trying to understand NFL defense, but so many videos make it so complex to understand this is one of the first ones I could actually understand and you explain it in such a perfect way. Thank you so much
ОтветитьGreat Video! Isn't the point of the blitz to send one more dude in the trenches than the offense so you have one guaranteed player that won't be blocked?
Ответитьthis is the single most helpful video ive found about football details, maybe ever. what a great video
ОтветитьThis is so awesome. How about one for the offense? My knowledge just skyrocketed with this video
ОтветитьGreat video buddy!! Enjoyed it.
ОтветитьGreat job 👏 Thanks!
ОтветитьGood stuff man, clear and helpful
ОтветитьVery excellent video. My son stated playing high school football last year and I want to be able to understand football better and possibly help him.
ОтветитьOUTSTANDING educational video. I have coached the “magnificent” game for fifty years. Your overview summary does a great job of introducing basic terms and explaining basic concepts. THANK YOU x 1,000. Please do a next level review of your Bengals Defense to highlight their success. Also, consider doing the same kind of basic overview for NFL Offenses. YOU ATE TALENTED. (Read the book, 4th and Goal on the 1)
ОтветитьAwesome job explaining this.
ОтветитьPhenomenal video, thank you! Super clear and easy to understand
ОтветитьGreat job on explaining the logic behind the plays and roles. Been looking for something like this for a while.
Ответитьhow do the defensive players know what play to do
ОтветитьGreat video!
Ответитьreally good video. I love how you add context to everything you explain like what is more likely to happen and what i popular. thank you for making these, never stop :)
ОтветитьI have watched football my entire life but always got confused by all the terminology. I am finally learning all this stuff and it is making me enjoy the game even more.
ОтветитьLove this. To the point, simple but effective graphics, real game video examples, no BS.
ОтветитьBest video I've seen on this. Thanks! I'd love to see some on offense concepts.
Ответитьbreaking the defense into three groups reminded me of manipular roman infantry doctrine of three types of troops: hastati, principes, and triarii
ОтветитьBig rugby fan here but always wanted to deep dive American football like this as I only have a limited knowledge on the game. This was an awesome breakdown of the defensive side, I know it will make watching my Canes and Ravens even more enjoyable 🙌🏽
