He has been in practice for eight years now, helping women from all walks of life achieve any health and fitness goal they may have. Shawn comes from a previous culinary background, as a former sous chef, along with being a certified personal trainer, amateur bodybuilding athlete, model, and has a purpose driven mindset for helping others. He draws his knowledge from previously being overweight/obese, unlearning all the unhealthy eating habits, along with the wisdom gained from creating solutions to his past clients pain points throughout the years.
