They're Doing WHAT?! - NEW Cyberpunk 2077 Witcher 3 DLC Leaks!

They better allow us to finally own and explore V's mansion!

My theory is it'll be a few years before we get the next cyberpunk game so they changed their mind and decided to add more to keep us interested in cyberpunk while they make the new one.

Just start it, play the current 2077, and when it updates play it again, and when it updates play it again, and when it hasnt updated play it again, and when youve downloaded 650+ mods play it again, and when they update the game and break all your mods play vanilla again until you can update all your mods and then play it again

Bruh.. you can go back into any CD Projekt game ..the witcher or cyberpunk and HAVE A GREAT time i can run the witcher 3 now with 1080p60 and freaking raytracing on and it runs like a dream on my 3070! crazy .... its mindblowing how much work and care they put into their games! CDPR ALWAYS FUTURE FAKING US - WITH SURPRISE DLCS

Everytime I wanna play Cyberpunk I will spend hours crafting the perfect experience with mods then play a couple of times before they release an update that adds things I already had with mods but that also breaks all the other mods that have stuff they haven't added. I just stopped trying to play it. Complete waste of time.

They can add more and more customization in the character creator, but all of it is useless, since you almost never see your character in first person view. Cyberpunk really badly needs the third person view in my opinion, I would even pay for a third person DLC.

I don't think it's an "Official" DLC for the witcher 3, the devs may have worked at CDPR but I don't think it was their idea, correct me if I'm wrong but, I consider it more a mod and not a DLC, granted, being made by the deves who worked on the witcher I guarantee its going to be good but not "official"
And ya, it does get annoying to have to wait a month or so to re-update all my mods I had installed, but continuous free updates for making the game even better is a good thing in my book.

The best kind of DLC for cyberpunk would be something that just adds a bunch of side activities like yakuza mini games and a gwent like side game

It'll be very small imo, something like more car activities and stuff. CDPR looks at Phantom Liberty as an expansion and DLC as small stuff.

It sounds too me like hiring an entire studio for a "update" means they want to do something more game changing. That being said, they had planned to have a multiplayer mode in Cyberpunk, before it was released. I totally could imagine they thought why not invest some more money into an unfinished prototype like multiplayer or something similar, that not necessarily has to do with the base game. Be it multiplayer missions or pvp, this content has reasons to get updates afterwards, could have 6 different characters or classes... Just looking at gta 5 online mode, seems to be lucrative system to have in gta 2077

I wish more developers would do that, we had a few of them until now. Two that come to mind is Terraria, and NMS, but I know there's a few more, I do not play their game anymore or never did though. One thing that NMS and Terraria have proved though is that update is a good way to bring new players, or make peoples rebuy the game. Also another big thing, it bring peoples goodwill. Once again I bring NMS, look how that game gone from one of the most hated, to one of the most loved, loved to the point that some peoples basically beg Hello Games to sell the updates because they want to give Hello Games more money. I am not joking, they literally as saying to stop releasing the updates for free and sell it instead. That would be a really dumb move from Hello Games to do that of course, but that show what goodwill can bring.

Of course though there's a dark side to everything, but I won't get into that here, and really hope this is all done in good faith.

CDPR (hopefully) finally realized that new DLC for a couple of the most popular games made in the last 20 years is a license to print money. I wish Rockstar would get their head out of the microtransaction clouds and make some DLC for RDR2 that expands on the epilogue giving Marston some more missions and things to do in New Austin, I would throw my money at them so fast it isn't even funny.

Every day I see someone saying "Cyberpunk/Witcher DLC leaked!" But every video goes over the same vague information we've all been hearing for weeks.

People shouldn't get too excited it could be more minor, but we could be lucky and that they intend to keep people playing or interest in the game in the years until the sequel hits

While I'm down for more Cyberpunk, it really is pretty polished by now. The CDPR team needs to double down on Orion and Witcher 4, instead of more polishing of existing games. We need new games, not shinier games!

One thing I wanted was to have companions like the elder scrolls games. Imagine taking panam or Judy on your adventures or just going on a nice cruise.

I just wish there was a radiant quest system and a reputation system with the factions.

Just based on public investor meeting minutes, they project an insane amount of sales and of course execs speaking to investors they are always “confident in meeting projections” but financially speaking, with only CP2077 the only way I can see them reaching that incentive goal is with paid expansion
