is this doable for early game?

Where can I find the detailed information for scaling on weapons for example when it said c (.63) scaling for blasphemous blade. I’ve searched a lot and can’t find anywhere where I can get the .63 numbers it only tells me the letter for scaling.

I’m still using a half nekkid pot head with One-Eyed Shield and Jar Cannon. I’m called Captain Kaboom, not Captain Stabby.

I have built your carian knight mage build.. Pls give me some tips for normal buffing enough to 2-3 shot elden lord... This is my first play through.. Also does the weapon /seal used for buff incantations matter?
