Fatal Accident: Low Oxygen (O2) Hazards; Danger of Inert Gas

Inert gas such as Nitrogen (N2) or Argon (Ar) commonly use as to purging gas to remove any flammable gas in the pipe line, tanker or chamber before any maintenance work can be carry out;

Inert gas (N2) used as a carrier gas annealing process (semi-conductor industrial), such process usually require permanent pipe line system to delivery the N2 gas; In any case N2 leak out from pipe line or cylinder inside confined area such as small room or above ceiling, it could depleted the oxygen level to minimum; thus could endanger human life due to asphyxiation
