Its doesn’t work with uag monarch, damnn
ОтветитьI love your enthusiasm about charging tech it's infectious as hell!!!
ОтветитьHey Josh what’s the pixel case ?
ОтветитьHow about the heat when you wireless charge your phone?
ОтветитьSaw your community post and went ahead and bought one myself. Order a few Chubby cables to come along with it. You should definitely check them out. All sort of color type c cables.
ОтветитьA few additions: it supports up to 27W PD wired charging, so max speed for any iPhone. No PPS though. Also passthrough is supported.
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьDope vid
ОтветитьI bought mine on sale and got it the same day you did. The recharging at 20 watts killed me on the first day 🤦♂️
ОтветитьA Qi2 car mount is very useful. Not having to fish for the USB-C cable every time I get into my car is nice. Don't even have to think about it. Just plop it on the magnet.
You're absolutely right that the Anker nano power bank with integrated cable makes more sense than the Qi2 power bank. If both were priced at $40 it'd about the stand aspect of the Qi2 vs the efficiency aspect of the nano. Though at $70 vs $40, is the stand aspect with less efficiency worth $30 extra? Likely not.
There are tons of 37Wh powerbanks in the $20 range so even $40 for the Nano is a bit much.
The Anker Qi2 power bank in white was on sale for $56 via Costco Next a week or two ago.
Interesting 🤔 as a daily wireless charger I say this iPhone better you put a wire in WC is too slow
I noticed on my note 20 ultra & fold 4 as long the WC was 15w its charges quick plus you get the fast wireless charging notification
Finally on my ip 13 p/m has to be plugged it’s more quicker and efficient
This is the review I was waiting for!
ОтветитьCompletely love your power bank videos man ❤️ This highlights how wireless charging just isn’t up to scratch. And also highlights in comparison just what a little power house Ankers 30w nano charger⚡️ is. I actually own three now along with the mighty 250w Anker Power bank with the app. Is just frickin awesome with the app I mean who thought a power bank could have a firmware upgrade 😂…. Love it🎉. Yeah I think I have an addiction to Anker. Some might even say im a complete Anker 😝. But love your videos. I’m now charging my nano power banks from the 250w. I’m trying to see what the power loss is from power bank to power bank charging to 100%. Just a bit of fun. Don’t know if you fancy making a video like that.
ОтветитьAre you using while charging?
Ответитьyea i dont get the point of wireless battery banks. Ideally you wanna charge your phone fast so you dont have a battery tethered to it. And having a heavy battery on the back is definitely less useable than like a battery bank in a sling/backpack with a cable wired to your phone. I get the convenience of wireless chargers at home/office, but out and about you want the fastest to top off.
ОтветитьWhen I received mine I found it odd that it is only 20w input while being 27w output. I got 50% charge from 4% on an iPhone 14 Pro Max in 20 minutes which I’m pleased about.
ОтветитьHi do you set ur iphone battery to 80% limit?
ОтветитьHow much does the phone heat while charging it through this charger. Is it nominal? What is heat dissipated as compared to a normal wired apple charger? Please respond.
ОтветитьI just bought one of these!
ОтветитьThis is perfect for a Disneyland trip
ОтветитьCan the anker maggo powerbank charge a samsung s20fe
ОтветитьHow’s your battery health now? Mine dropped to 99% at the end of December and I used 80% limit. Now it’s at 92%. 🙃
Ответитьthis is fantastic for someone like me to be able to charge on the go without any extra cable. one less extra thing to bring to the airport.
ОтветитьJust got one too!
Ответитьhave you tried this in a samsung device?
ОтветитьJosh be careful using that 30 watt powerbank ! It was recalled by Anker and they actually gave me a full refund
ОтветитьJosh be careful using that 30 W power bank! It was actually recalled by Anker and they gave out full refunds !
ОтветитьToo pricy for a powerbank tbh. But I get it it’s qi2. Powerbanks are really intended just to extend half the life of the phone in case for an emergency till u at least get to a place where u can wire charge comfortably like ur office or home.
ОтветитьDoes it work on iPhone 11 with a MagSafe case?
ОтветитьWhy would you only have your phone set to charge to 80% ?
ОтветитьQuestion, I asked support if I could use my iPhone wireless charger to charge this power bank, they said yes, but I have not been able to do so??? “Yes, the Anker MagGo Power Bank (10,000mAh, 15W) can be charged wirelessly using an iPhone wireless charger. The MagGo Power Bank is designed to support wireless charging, and it can be charged wirelessly using any Qi-compatible wireless charger, including iPhone wireless chargers.”
ОтветитьFor me the selling point is that it magically sticks to your phone. Sure it might not be charging as quickly but that ultimately doesn’t matter because it’s fixed to your phone unlike a traditional power bank. It’s much easier to deal with
ОтветитьLove your iphone case what the name of the brand
ОтветитьWow. That is charging worse on android then my cheap wireless power bank for Amazon that is QiNothing. Lol.
ОтветитьWhat about the belkin version of this Qi2 charger? Is it worth it?
Ответитьhi there, thanks for your review, very informative. Can I please check, if you plug the powerbank to your phone, and you plug the cable as well to power bank at the same time. Will it directly charge through the cable (20w) and not use the magsafe charge at all, and this avoid the inefficiency plus heat possibilities? Thanks ;)
ОтветитьCan I use it with a Samsung S24?
ОтветитьIt’s 2024 and there is still shitty products with a premium price tag
ОтветитьHi, does it support PPS?
Ответитьnice review
ОтветитьHow's the heat generation?
ОтветитьI really don't know how I missed your review of this charger before purchasing it. Even though I loved the lime green color, after viewing the video, it was not worth keeping in the long run.
ОтветитьWhere did you get that iPhone case?
ОтветитьDoes the pixel go into fast wireless charging with this one? I don't think I saw that in the video. It showed charging, but not if it was regal vs fast
ОтветитьI got the same case for my S24 plus, it's from Torres and I love it!. I just got this ChargeWorx 15w wireless capable fast charge. It is states for iphone though. I don't get fast charge on my S24 plus. But I get around 750-800ma from that thing using the app. The battery is super compact 5000mah. It's the size of a cars holder. I'm not 100 sure I like it. I like the compactness, but it's charging super slow
ОтветитьJust so you know, this power bank can also charge devices via USB-C at 27W. So if you do want a quick charge or are in a hot environment and can’t use wireless, you always have that option too. So best of both worlds in my opinion.
ОтветитьSome things to note:
Supposedly the upcoming Pixel 9 series should be offering Qi2 support
Apple also seemingly enabled Qi2 support on the iPhone 12 series in iOS 17.4 eventhough they never offically mentioned it like they did on the 13/14 around two months earlier in iOS 17.2
So all MagSafe iPhones can now fully saturate 15W out of a Qi2 charger
(which is based off of MagSafe as they literally gave out the spec to the wireless power consortium lol)
