Saw your community post and went ahead and bought one myself. Order a few Chubby cables to come along with it. You should definitely check them out. All sort of color type c cables.

A few additions: it supports up to 27W PD wired charging, so max speed for any iPhone. No PPS though. Also passthrough is supported.

A Qi2 car mount is very useful. Not having to fish for the USB-C cable every time I get into my car is nice. Don't even have to think about it. Just plop it on the magnet.
You're absolutely right that the Anker nano power bank with integrated cable makes more sense than the Qi2 power bank. If both were priced at $40 it'd about the stand aspect of the Qi2 vs the efficiency aspect of the nano. Though at $70 vs $40, is the stand aspect with less efficiency worth $30 extra? Likely not.
There are tons of 37Wh powerbanks in the $20 range so even $40 for the Nano is a bit much.
The Anker Qi2 power bank in white was on sale for $56 via Costco Next a week or two ago.

Interesting 🤔 as a daily wireless charger I say this iPhone better you put a wire in WC is too slow

I noticed on my note 20 ultra & fold 4 as long the WC was 15w its charges quick plus you get the fast wireless charging notification

Finally on my ip 13 p/m has to be plugged it’s more quicker and efficient

Completely love your power bank videos man ❤️ This highlights how wireless charging just isn’t up to scratch. And also highlights in comparison just what a little power house Ankers 30w nano charger⚡️ is. I actually own three now along with the mighty 250w Anker Power bank with the app. Is just frickin awesome with the app I mean who thought a power bank could have a firmware upgrade 😂…. Love it🎉. Yeah I think I have an addiction to Anker. Some might even say im a complete Anker 😝. But love your videos. I’m now charging my nano power banks from the 250w. I’m trying to see what the power loss is from power bank to power bank charging to 100%. Just a bit of fun. Don’t know if you fancy making a video like that.

yea i dont get the point of wireless battery banks. Ideally you wanna charge your phone fast so you dont have a battery tethered to it. And having a heavy battery on the back is definitely less useable than like a battery bank in a sling/backpack with a cable wired to your phone. I get the convenience of wireless chargers at home/office, but out and about you want the fastest to top off.

When I received mine I found it odd that it is only 20w input while being 27w output. I got 50% charge from 4% on an iPhone 14 Pro Max in 20 minutes which I’m pleased about.

Too pricy for a powerbank tbh. But I get it it’s qi2. Powerbanks are really intended just to extend half the life of the phone in case for an emergency till u at least get to a place where u can wire charge comfortably like ur office or home.

Question, I asked support if I could use my iPhone wireless charger to charge this power bank, they said yes, but I have not been able to do so??? “Yes, the Anker MagGo Power Bank (10,000mAh, 15W) can be charged wirelessly using an iPhone wireless charger. The MagGo Power Bank is designed to support wireless charging, and it can be charged wirelessly using any Qi-compatible wireless charger, including iPhone wireless chargers.”

For me the selling point is that it magically sticks to your phone. Sure it might not be charging as quickly but that ultimately doesn’t matter because it’s fixed to your phone unlike a traditional power bank. It’s much easier to deal with

hi there, thanks for your review, very informative. Can I please check, if you plug the powerbank to your phone, and you plug the cable as well to power bank at the same time. Will it directly charge through the cable (20w) and not use the magsafe charge at all, and this avoid the inefficiency plus heat possibilities? Thanks ;)

I got the same case for my S24 plus, it's from Torres and I love it!. I just got this ChargeWorx 15w wireless capable fast charge. It is states for iphone though. I don't get fast charge on my S24 plus. But I get around 750-800ma from that thing using the app. The battery is super compact 5000mah. It's the size of a cars holder. I'm not 100 sure I like it. I like the compactness, but it's charging super slow

Just so you know, this power bank can also charge devices via USB-C at 27W. So if you do want a quick charge or are in a hot environment and can’t use wireless, you always have that option too. So best of both worlds in my opinion.

Some things to note:

Supposedly the upcoming Pixel 9 series should be offering Qi2 support

Apple also seemingly enabled Qi2 support on the iPhone 12 series in iOS 17.4 eventhough they never offically mentioned it like they did on the 13/14 around two months earlier in iOS 17.2

So all MagSafe iPhones can now fully saturate 15W out of a Qi2 charger

(which is based off of MagSafe as they literally gave out the spec to the wireless power consortium lol)
